when i was a little girl, i was afraid of ufos. It´s funny to memorize that time when i was really scared that some green man could just come out from my closet. I guess those kind of things were part of that surreal world where most of the kids live in.

Maybe its cause i´m watching avatar at the time-but i´m glad i got over from my ufo fears. Now when i´m watching this whole new world right in my livingroom, i can´t help thinking of what will be in future. If now, in year 2010 i can see those funny blue characters jumping right to my face, maybe we can enter in a actual na´vi world well i don´t know 2020 maybe? I bet i´m not the only one who already imagines those white tubes where you go to like sleep and then somebody connects wires to your head and then TA-DAH! you wake up in pandora. Cool huh? I hope i live long enough to get to see that!

But this story (like everything) has a two sides too. Altough all these new qualities of movie industustury are new and interesting, It stil leaves very little room to stories. Like "who cares about story anymore when we can bury it under 6 feets of digital frosting?." But really aren´t movies about stories?? After all they are (at least in my opinion) illustrated stories. I love stories, so i like movies. I´m hoping to be a movie director one day, and i think that leaving a few illustrated stories behind will be a great legacy for generations to come.

So let´s protect our great legacy. DO NOT REPLACE DVD´S WITH BLU-RAYS! There´s no need to be modern in everything

I hope i can make a change,i think everyone can. All you need is ambition and a little bit of faith in yourself :)

Its been a couple of days... Nothing special has happened to me. So today i sat to my computer aiming to add a new blog entry here. So far so good. But then i had some troubles in coming up with subject. (nothing has happened to me, so it´ś no wonder.) Then i tought i would write about summervacation (cause mine starts tomorrow!!) But it would  been a boring and shallow-sounding stuff to read. (and i already have 2 pointless entries.) Then i happened to watch this document...

called "half ton dad" the subject wasn´t nothing special, just some super fat guy trying to live his life again. But what really goucht my eye was that scene where they tried to feed a french frie to baby, who was just 4 months old!!. Seriously that baby has a granpa who weighs 460 kilos,and his mother feds him already with junk food!!

And when the reporter asked from that super fat man´s daughter (who was also the mother of  baby) is she scared that she´s gonna end up like her father, the girl replied: "Not really, i have always eaten everything i wanted without really thinkin the consiquenses. "If i dont think about it, it can´t happen"

And that´s what got me to think. Why does billions lay in industries that make people sick? (in some level,i can understand tobaccos cause they are such a old invention,so nobody can´t really think a world without them)

But fast food,that newest enemy of mankind. I try to avoid it as best as i can cause it hurts people and animals. Animals that become burgers and chicken nuggets,die tortured and hurt. Fast food is designed to cause addiction,and before you know it you will pay much more than 3.99 from those meals. Also in many countries, society has to pay a big bill from overweightness, and illnesses that it causes. And think how much making one happy meal costs to the factory, In finland happy meal costs 4€ so making it must be really cheap.

In fast food industry,customer is the one who loses!! (thats my opinion, i don´t mean to uppset anyone)

Hello you all! (read: no-one) (yet.)

Today was the first sunny day for ages and i remembered that the long summer vacation is coming up. (yeah in finland we have one of the longest summer vacations,12 weeks.) so i started to think last year´s holiday, and i realized that i could hardly remember anything from it.

That must be because i did absolutely nothing. (alltough i´m a bit embarassed to admit it)

List of things that adison did last summer:

-adison slept 24 hours in a roll

-adison ate a lot

-adison readed the first 12 pages of "lord of the rings"

-adison watched 3 seasons of "grey´s anatomy" (I love hospital dramas!)

-adison saw Madonna in concert (definetly the best thing in whole summer!)

So that list looks so pathetic. That just can´t happen this summer

List of things that adison has to do during her summer vacation:

-Read the whole "Lord of the rings"

-See as many bands as you can

-Loose 5 kilos

-Finish your novel (just a small project of mine)

-get a summer job!

-spend time outdoors as much as you can

-go to London or some other interesting place

-get a few new friends/meet new interesting people

-get at least 10 followers for this blog

-find a new hobby

-chill out so much, that you get bored

-do something that you haven´t done before

-read magasines,watch news,etc to know what´s happening in the world

-watch a lot of movies

-have time of your life!!

Oh wow,that´s quite a list...Here i am,updating my blog instead of getting some sleep. I would like to sleep, but i´m too nervous.

I´m thinking on and on my singing performace tomorrow. (btw,i take singing lessons.) I love to sing... I have always wanted a band of my on. Wish me luck!

I think i´m gonna watch the rest of "sideways" It seems like interesting movie.

So i watched "eurovision song contest" last night. It sure was entertaining, but yesterday we saw nothing new. I´m sure i´m not the only one who feels that the format of eurovision needs a little bit of reforming.  So after i had watched it,i started to think a ways to make that contest more interesting.

1. Please unless it´s your 1st languange don´t sing in english! (its fun to hear new languanges,don´t you think?)

2.please vote by talent, not by location (Its so boring to see everybody giving 12points to their nearest neighbour)

3. If you don´t have the money to throw a big accosion like eurovision, please don´t take part! (creek was like 5th, seriously what´s the point?!)

I also would like too see the counries expressing their culture more in their music. After all it´s a contest where we all are trying to win with ourkind of music.

(And for you who don´t already know, germany won.) So they will probably have the eurovision next year :) congurlations!!
